Issue:  Setting up WebKey accounts

Solution:   When a user signs up, they are given a school Administrator account for WebKey Express (WKE).  A username and password is assigned and emailed to the school Administrator.

The URL for all WKE users is:   www.webkeyexpress.glencoe.com

To obtain licenses (seats) - the ordering person (who normally becomes the school’s administrator account) will:

School Administrator – creates, modifies and deletes teacher accounts, as well as distributes licenses among teachers.

  1. The school Administrator will login to the WKE website, and:

Issue:  How do I find my total licenses/seats?                OR

How many of my seat licenses are used?

Solution:

To view the total seats and quantity of seats used, log into WKE using the school Administrator account.  You will see a list of teacher names plus the Number of Licenses assigned and Used.

Logged in as a teacher you can see the Number of Licenses Assigned after the Teacher’s Area heading.  Below that is a column titled Number of student that lists students added to each class.  This is the number of licenses assigned to that teacher, not the entire school.
